Before we left to go to California last weekend, Audra had her first bath. And as you can see from the pictures, she did not really enjoy it at all.

Here are some pictures from our weekend celebrating Grandma Mable's life. The pictures are in reverse order, so bear with me.
On Sunday we went to visit Jake at Forest Home where he will be spending his summer. We wandered around camp while Jake and mom showed us around their stomping grounds. Mom enjoyed showing us where she spent many years working the camp as well and where my grandma worked as well. It was a beautiful day in the moutains, looks like a great place to spend a summer.
Gavin was enjoying exploring Indian Village.

Grandma Mable
Today is quite a bittersweet day. Very early this morning my Grandma left this earth and went to be with our Lord and Savior. I know that she is in a much happier place and in a fully functioning body worshipping our Lord, but we will miss her greatly. While remembering my Grandma this morning I ran across these pictures from last summer. Enjoy.

Audra Rose
As most of you saw Audra made her big arrival on Tuesday. I was on the list to be induced and got the call from the hospital just before 4 AM. We headed to the hospital where things quickly moved along. At 8 AM the doctor came and checked me and broke my water. At that time I was measuring between 3 & 4 centimeters. Between 10:30 and 11 I had progressed to 5 & 6 centimeters, at that time they said they wouldn't check again until my doctor came by on her lunch. Well come 12:30 my doctor came took one look and could see little Audra's head crowning. Within 10 minutes Audra had made her arrival. The hospital was a little crazy around that time, they had 7 babies born in an hour. We are so thankful for our little Audra she is such a blessing.
