I warn you this post is long with lots of pictures. I am going to attempt to catch you up on the last 3 weeks or so of our lives. Besides the children each of double ear infections twice, Kevin having an ear infection and me having an awful head cold with no voice for a week, we have infact had Grammy in town, Nana in town, and celebrated Valentines Day. We are going to work our way back starting from most recent to oldest.
This past weekend we have enjoyed the company of Nana. She has in fact been a huge help to me because it makes it a little hard to discipline my children with no voice. We did make some huge strides with potty training this past week as well, now if we can just get past the wearing a diaper to bed thing we will be good.
Last week we took Nana to Arizona Mills and she treated us to lunch at Rainforest Cafe. We thought that Gavin would love it, however he did not. He had a new word for us, "scary". He was quite terrified by the whole experience and kept repeating, "Mommy its scary".
We did however have a big breakthrough at Rainforest Cafe, Gavin went to the potty 3 times while we were there and he initiated it everytime. Oh and yesterday at church he told his teacher he had to go and she took him. Yeah! See audra is excited too!

These pictures were from Valentine's Day. They look so excited.

On Valentine's Day we had a special heart pancake breakfast and the kiddos got to open presents from Gramps & Nana and from Pops & Grammy. They loved all the fun gifts.

Audra had heart shaped peeps among her gifts that she shared with Gavin. At first Audra was not so sure about the taste, but she did howeve finish most of her peep, and made quite a pink mess.

Gavin however took one bite and was done, he did not care for them. So funny side note: Gavin had gotten a chocolate football, he thought it was a real football. He kept insisting that I open the football for him, so I did and he then proceeded to launch the football across the room and then completely shattered into many pieces. He was so confused, as to what happened to the football. It was quite hillarious. He then enjoyed it even more as he ate all the chocolate pieces.

New sunglasses.

New notepads!!! Oh boy! This boy loves to write and color.

Valentine's Breakfast.

One day the Arnolds came over for a morning decorating cookies for Valentine's Day.

Broden was enjoying hugging Audra, who was not so sure about it.

Little friends, too cute.

If you look hard enough you can see cookies hiding under all the sprinkles.

Gavin & Baylor had lots of fun dumping all the sprinkles out onto one little cookie.

Audra was a little frightened by the mess they were making.

But they sure were enjoying themselves.

So I was trying to get the boys to show me their cookies, and Gavin would not cooperate, so yes Coley is holding up his cookie. Silly boy.

We also enjoyed decorating Valentine's, which I know I'm behind, still haven't made it to the mail, with my illness, hopefully tomorrow. Sorry.

So this dress was passed down to my sister and I from our cousins and now to miss Audra, it barely fits her.

8 Month pictures.
Well that is all for now. Thanks for hanging with me while I had some catching up to do. And now we all pretty much on the mend and Gavin will continue to work on potty training.
