Pictures from the Week.

Sorry we are a little behind. Things have been a little crazy lately. And we have company this week, Grandpa and Nana Holt are in town spending time with the Gavster. But at last the pictures are here.

These couple pictures are of Gavin trying Carrots for the first time. Which you will see, he did not like. I'm pretty sure it was the texture, so we will try again. But now everytime I try to feed him sweet potatoes, which are his favorite, he thinks it carrots and makes a funny face.

Well just a couple pictures from our Wednesday afternoon. Gavin just cracks me up. He loves electronics, and loves my cell phone. The funny thing is he holds it up to his ear.

The funniest part of these pictures when I was looking at them later was that he was holding the pacifier in the other hand, like he had taken it out to chat on the phone.
Yesterday when I went to get Gavin up from his nap, I was a little shocked and startled when I walked in to see the top of his head so close to the top of the crib. And this is what I found.

Look at that sneaky look. He sat up all by himself. Yah!

Pictures from the Week

Well we again have another week of pictures. Gavin has had a rough week. He started the week out by getting shots, he's in the process of getting a couple more teeth in, and then he ended the week by coming down with a nasty cold.

All stretched out and enjoying some sleepy time.

Bath time. He just makes us laugh more and more everyday.

Last week we went to a Diamondbacks game with Graunt Kathy, Gruncle Paul and some of our friends from church. It was a fun night and ended with a concert by Lifehouse.

Pictures from the Week

Well besides posting pictures from Gavin's week I wanted to update everyone on his 6 month doctors appointment. Today we had a visit to the doctor he weighed in at 19.6 pounds and measured 29 1/2 inches. As usual he is a growing healthy boy and ended the appointment with four more shots, oh boy!

Gavin and his bucket of toys, he actually likes emptying the bucket out and drumming on it and when that gets boring he likes sticking his head inside. He is a goofy boy.
A couple times this last week I went in to get Gavin after a nap and he was squealing at me, and he had his arm through the wrungs of the crib. It makes me laugh.

One day when he was chewing on this, he was chewing on the hook and he was pulling his cheek out with the hook. He just does funny things.

We also tried green beans for the first time this week. He wasn't so sure about them at first, but he picked up on them pretty quickly.

He was laughing and squealing.

Gavin also got a new Diamondbacks hat this week and enjoyed showing it off.

The BIG 6 Months!

Yesterday was Gavin's 6th Month Birthday!!! He spent his morning at the last day of VBS. Gavin loved all the girls that took care of him. Everyday I went to drop him off they would all fight over who got to hold him and when I would come to pick him up he would be cracking up laughing. He had a wonderful week flirting with all the girls.

And we finished up the big birthday with ice cream at Sweet Republic. It was a new place we tried and the ice cream was wonderful. Gavin got to try ice cream for the first time and loved it of course, I mean he wouldn't be Kevin and I's child if he didn't like ice cream.
