Gavin saw a deer this morning and said, "mom I want to ride it!". Funny boy. I said no you can't ride him. Gavin says, "like woody rides the horsey."

On Sunday we went to a bbq at a friends house. Gavin got to swim with dad in the pool, and loved every minute of it.
Especially jumping in.

While Audra looked on, longingly. She sat at the gate waiting for her chance to snek in the pool area. One of our friends without little ones was going to get in the pool so I asked himif he would mind taking her in for a minute and she walked right over to him and put her arms up to be picked up. She one smart cookie, she knew he would take her and of course he did. Funny girl.

And then she moved on to the bubbles abd watching Broden be silly with underwear on his head (his "hat" as he called it).

Sharing the bubble wand.

While Gavin moved onto jumping of the diving board.

Thanks dad for getting in the pool with Gav!

We had a fun time enjoying the evening with our friends. And Audra enjoyed eating off of everyones plates and Gavin enjoyed swimming and playing baseball.

A Day at the Park

Yesterday we had the chance to go to the Anthem Park to stay cool. And our friends the Arnold's were able to come with us, so Gavin was very excited. What a great day to play on the slide and run in the water with BAYLOR! "Woohoo" as Gav would say. Here are some pictures from the fun.

Gavin & Broden

I love that when I ask Gavin to say cheese, this is what I get. He will smile, just will never look at the camera.

And again, he looks every where but the camera.

Just a few random pictures from last weekend:

Daddy Snuggles: Audra is always happy to get time with daddy, since its hard to get Gavin away from him when he's home.Gavin is very into wearing his baseball hat these days. It makes me laugh how he chooses to wear it sometimes. This has been a fav as of late.

Memorial Day Weekend

So I may be a little behind but I am finally getting up our pictures from our Memorial Day weekend. We had a fun trip that wouldn't be complete without a little Holt excitement, some car isssues and some throwing up, but what trip wouldn't be complete without it. We arrived late on Friday night and got up bright an early for graduation Saturday morning. Thankfully Hannah & Jake were both near the beginning of the graduates, so Kevin & I both got to see them get their diplomas before taking the kiddos somewhere to run around.

Auntie Hannah recieving her first of 2 diplomas! Way to go!And you can see her excitement as well.Uncle Jake recieving his diploma! Woohoo!

Time to run and play while we wait for graduation to end.
These are some of my favorite pictures from the whole weekend. Gavin decided he wanted to climb a tree. First of all we have never discussed climbing trees before, so I'm not sure where it come from, but it was pretty funny watching him attempt to climb the trees.
This is a sidenote, but very funny story . . . when we were driving to graduation on Saturday morning Gavin says, "mommy those are tall trees!!" Apparently the we have been depriving our child of trees his whole life living in Arizona. It was a very funny observation.
Holding the signs Auntie Mandy made for Uncle Jake.
The whole gang, well except for Little Missy, she had pooped her pants and I had only brought one extra diaper, so she was sitting in the stroller.
Auntie Mandy kindly didn't want Audra to be left out of all the pictures and held her.
The happy couple.
We then went to a party for Auntie Hannah & Uncle Jake and then spent the evening just relaxing at Uncle Jake's house. Auntie Mandy brought presents for Gavin, which he always loves. She brought him Lighting McQueen socks and a Cars & Toy Story puzzle. He was very excited to get to work on the puzzles. What a wonderful Aunt he has.
This picture is from the party, Audra was loving the little dog. The dog however was not loving her. She would squeal and scream anytime she saw the dog.
On Sunday the guys fixed our car, while the ladies went to the flea market. And then in the evening we went out to dinner to celebrate Grammy's birthday and Audra's soon to be birthday.
The birthday girls.
We then went back to Auntie Mandy's house where Audra opened her gifts. And as you can see Gavin was much more excited about this than Audra.
Audra loved all of her presents. Thank you everyone for the wonderful gifts. Our friends Reid and Lyndsy stopped by & we got to catch up with them and a quick lunch with some friends that moved from Phoenix on our way out of town on Monday. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating Jake & Hannah's graduation and Grammy & Audra's birthday.
