What a Day!

Well at this point in Gavin's life he is learning new tricks everyday. It is very fun, but keeps me very busy. Gavin started the day by crawling to the kitchen. He found the door stopper and it became the new toy for the day.

Also pulled himself up on the coffee table. He also started using the fridge to pull himself up.

And found the diaper bag and pulled out his cheerios.

This has been a busy week in Mr. Gavin's life. On Tuesday he popped out two more teeth, with one more on the way. He got the left front top tooth and he got a third tooth on the bottom, you can see his bottom teeth in this picture below. He also started crawling (short distances), well more of a scootch most of the time, but other times its a crawl. So needless to say he is getting all over the place and getting into everything. As well as he started pulling himself up, mostly on his jumper. So here are a few pictures from his week and a video of him crawling.

It has been a busy busy week. We started the week by Kevin leaving for Southern California for a couple of days. He had a busy couple of days helping Reid with his proposal. YAH! Congratulations to Reid and Lyndsay. While Kevin was gone Grammy came to visit. Kevin was home for one night and then Gavin, Grammy and I headed out to Southern Cali for Auntie Mandy's birthday! On the way to Mandy's we also stopped and visited with Grandma & Grandpa Sutton. We spent the weekend celebrating with Mandy, eating lots of great food (including, but not limited to, my favorite, Panera Bread), relaxing, watching movies, sweating, church, surprise party for Miss Mandy at the Melting Pot with of course lots of wonderful chocolate and goodies, and lots of shopping. It was a very fun weekend and I'm so glad we were able to be there to celebrate Mandy's birthday with her. We came home Monday and had one more day with Grammy before she left. It was a busy week, but we had a lot of fun with everyone. Oh and I forgot, while Gaivn and I were gone Kevin was gone as well in Las Vegas for a bachelor party. So we are glad all the business is over for at least a couple of weeks. But it was all worth it.

Well the last week has been a busy one, sorry we have been a little behind on blogging. The weekend before the 4th Nana and Grandpa arrived for a little vacation and to spend some time with Gavin. The week went by quickly, some of the activities included shopping, having lunch with Brynne (who happened to be in town for the Volleyball Festival), the girls got pedicures, and of course eating some Habaneros. This past week also was Kevin and I's anniversary, in which we got a night away at the Fairmont, which was wonderful. Then we packed up and headed for southern California. We spent the weekend with our friends the McElroy's just relaxing, spending some time at the beach, bbq, swimming, watching fireworks, and just catching up and watching the kiddos; Gavin and I also had the chance to have breakfast with Auntie Mandy as well. It was a wonderful week and weekend. Here are some of my favorites from our busy week.

Gavin was enjoying being on Kevin's shoulders. Just after this picture was taken Gavin started drooling on Kevin and it quickly started dripping all the way down the side of his head. Kevin was not too happy I was too busy taking pictures and laughing to get Gavin down, but the rest of us thought it was very funny.
