Christmas Break

We are back at home in Phoenix after a wonderful Christmas trip. It was a long trip home for Gavin and I but we survived, although we all seem to have come down with colds. Seeing as I have lots of pictures from our trip it may take several days to get them all up, so here is post number one.

As usual they are not in any order.

One night I got together with some of my good friends from high school. Its always fun to catch up with old friends. These are my friends Summer & Kristi. Gavin as usual was being a very messy eater. However, Mandy was very busy this trip trying to teach Gavin to make the Home Alone face. He did after some work get it down pretty good, so then anytime he saw Mandy he would put his hands on his face. It was very funny. So the next couple of pictures were all taken while Mandy was busy teaching, and while my son was busy smearing food all over his face and in his hair, THANKS MAND. It's a little hard to make the face with a cup in your hand. Oh but Gavin managed even with the cup in hand. In the process Gavin also managed to get a chunk of chip stuck in his hair. What a mess. Gavin was always busy with something.

All the boys were enjoying playing with the balls.

One night the Sanchezs came over for dinner and afterwards everyone was enjoying playing some wii. I believe that at this point Kevin & Gavin were ski jumping, however I think Gavin missed the jump. Us and the whole Sanchez clan. Gavin enjoyed playing with Emily & Ashley, together they were all busy with their remotes imitating everyone else playing the wii. As you can see they each had their own remote. Gavin enjoyed the car shopping cart at the grocery store. Gavin and I had some amazing tea with the Greer ladies and Grammy at the Tea House. Gavin particularly enjoyed the wonderful scones and of course all the attention from the ladies. Alex & Morgen, what cute sisters. Lisa & I. Lisa & Morgen. Grammy, Gavin & I. Aunt Kathy, Amber & Alex. Gavin enjoying another wonderful home-cooked meal. He doesn't miss a meal. One of our first days in Washington we helped Pop & Grammy pick out a Christmas tree. Just a few other updates. You will see that I have not been doing weekly pictures of Gavin anymore, I decided that we will do monthly pictures together, Gavin and I and our growing baby #2. As well as I added a poll for all those interested in the right hand column as well. In just about 2 weeks find out if the new baby is a boy or girl, what do you think?

Busy in Spokane

Gavin has been a very busy guy since we have been in Spokane. Here are a few pictures to show you what he's been getting himself into.
