Baby Audra Rose Holt is here!!!!!!!!

Audra Rose was born at 12:30pm today. She was 8lbs 15.4 ounces (only .5 ounces behind Gavin) and 21 1/2 in. long. Audra and Mom are healthy and feeling well. We are so grateful for the blessing of a healthy child that the lord has provided. Thank you to family and friends for all your prayers.

Friday Night Baseball Game

On Friday night we had planned on meeting our friends the Arnolds at the Children's Museum for the free night again, but to our surprise it was quite a chaotic mess. Not only was it over 100 degrees and a long line to get to the doors, they then gave you a number and wouldn't let you enter until they called your number. We waited probably a good 45 minutes in line to get a number and then decided that this was probably not going to be worth it. So Kevin made a few calls to old friends and was able to get us tickets to the baseball game. Instead we enjoyed seats right behind home plate at the Diamondbacks game. Gavin and Baylor had quite an enjoyable time still playing with each other and cheering on the Dbacks.

National Donut Day!

I'm not sure if you were aware, but yesterday was National Donut Day and we took full advantage! First stop Dunkin Donuts.

If you bought a beverage you got a free donut and Gavin loves his donuts!

We then stopped by some garage sales and headed toward our second stop, Krispy Kreme.

Even more than the donut Gavin enjoyed greeting everyone at the door.

How can you not resist that smile.

We then stopped by the park for a little baseball. Grammy got Gavin his first baseball bat and ball, they work much better for baseball than his standby sword and basketball.

We're still working on using two hands on the bat.

What a good day, except still no Audra and the hot, hot sun.

Grammy's Birthday!

To celebrate Grammy's birthday we went out to the White Chocolate Grill on Saturday and enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Grammy enjoyed a wonderful salmon and Gavin got to take his first taste and loved it.

My Little Helper

Gavin is quite the little helper & destroyer at the same time. But when he wants to be, he is quite a good helper. Yesterday he was helping Grammy mop the floor. He'll be all set to really help me once Audra arrives.
