Pictures from the Week

Well the last week has been a busy one, sorry we have been a little behind on blogging. The weekend before the 4th Nana and Grandpa arrived for a little vacation and to spend some time with Gavin. The week went by quickly, some of the activities included shopping, having lunch with Brynne (who happened to be in town for the Volleyball Festival), the girls got pedicures, and of course eating some Habaneros. This past week also was Kevin and I's anniversary, in which we got a night away at the Fairmont, which was wonderful. Then we packed up and headed for southern California. We spent the weekend with our friends the McElroy's just relaxing, spending some time at the beach, bbq, swimming, watching fireworks, and just catching up and watching the kiddos; Gavin and I also had the chance to have breakfast with Auntie Mandy as well. It was a wonderful week and weekend. Here are some of my favorites from our busy week.
What a great smile!
Lunch with Nana & Grandpa

He did not want to leave the hat on.
Look at those great shades!
Lunch with Brynne
Gavin about at his witts end. He was ready to be out of the car, after 6 hours of driving home.
The bottle was the only thing to keep him somewhat occupied during that 6th hour of being in the car.
The McElroy's and us watching fireworks. Kelsey thought they were exciting, Gavin however had no clue what was going on.
Except for this glow stick the boys behind us gave him. He loved it.
Kelsey crawled off and left him sitting there by himself.
Gavin apparently thought Kelsey's shoulder was quite tasty.

He also liked grabbin at her face.
Watching fireworks with Daddy.
Kelsey shared her swim floaty so Gavin could enjoy some time in the pool.
Gavin loved the sand between his toes.
However was not so sure about the water, especially because it was quite frigid.

Loving breakfast with Auntie Mandy.

On our anniversary.
Gavin was enjoying being on Kevin's shoulders. Just after this picture was taken Gavin started drooling on Kevin and it quickly started dripping all the way down the side of his head. Kevin was not too happy I was too busy taking pictures and laughing to get Gavin down, but the rest of us thought it was very funny.
