Spokane Part 1

Well the last couples weeks have been a little crazy for us, needless to say. The kiddos and I left 3 weeks ago to head to Spokane. We enjoyed some wonderfully cool weather, lots of amazingly green hills and trees and grass, spent lots of time outside, catching up with family and so much more. So I will begin with the first couple days of our trip, because of course I have a lot of pictures.

These first couple pictures are with my Grandma Esther, she came over to celebrate Pops with us for Father's Day.
Audra, as usual did not want to be held, but Gavin loved Grandma.

This is one of my favorite pictures. I love how Gavin and Grandma are looking at each other.

Sweet kisses.

Happy Father's Day Pops! And Happy Father's Day to Daddy, who was not with us, and was home in Phoenix study hard.

And here are a few pictures of the many hours spent outside. Grammy & Pops had prepared for our arrival and had many exciting new toys for the kiddos to play with. One of Audra's favorite was this cart. She didn't let it go far from her site.

One of Gavin's favorites was the slide. From the minute he woke up in the morning he was asking to go outside and slide.

One of Gavin's other great finds was this baseball helmet. He did not let it leave his head for the first week. He loved it.

Audra not so sure about the slide and letting us know.

They both loved the freedom to run and run in the grass.

On the way to the airport Gavin got a special toy for the flight, a BUZZ LIGHTYEAR! He was so excited. It worked well, he was quite enthralled with the new toy the entire flight and many, many hours beyond. He enjoyed taking Buzz with him everywhere. And flying him around, just like Andy does in Toy Story.

It was pretty cute watching him fly Buzz around.

And Buzz even got to go down the slide with Gavin.

And one of Gavin's other favorite things to do was jump on the trampoline. The kids both laughed and laughed, it was quite funny.

Gavin found a magnifying glass and carried it all around the house with him inspecting everything.

The kids were playing on the porch and pulling on the rails and pulled them right off. They are so strong.

They also enjoyed riding bikes.

Playing soccer, and lots of running up and down the hill.

Lots more pictures to come, so be ready, I have a lot of ground to cover.
