Spokane Part 2

While we were in Spokane the kids and I went with Grammy to Riverfront Park. We spent most of the day there riding rides, playing in the water fountain, watching the water falls, riding the train, feeding the ducks, eating lunch and riding the carousel. Needless to say the kids were quite wiped out by the end of the day. Gavin had a blast riding all the rides, I wasn't sure how he would like them, but he was not afraid at all, and just jumped right on anything he could.

The pictures are of course in reverse order of our day at the park, but we start with a picture of Gavin and I riding the Berry'go'round. Mommy started to get quite dizzy, but it didn't seem to phase Gav one bit.
I think that one of Gav's favorite things of the day were the airplanes. He rode the planes twice.

This time he rode with another boy who was a little older so he knew how to pull the lever back to make the plane go up and down. So he had a much better ride this time around.

We also rode the carousel twice. The second time I rode with Gavin and Grammy rode with Audra.

After we ate our lunch Gavin fed the ducks. It was quite funny, but he would throw the bread and then show his muscles and do a little happy dance. This is his happy dance.

The spray was quite powerful, so Audra was not so into it, but it didn't scare Gavin away, he still ran and played.

We also took a tour of the park on the train. Audra enjoying the sights.

Gain enjoying the relaxing ride. However it wore off quickly and he wanted off the train. The idea of the train was much more exciting than actually being on it.

It was a fun day at the park, so fun that Grammy took Gavin and Audra back while Mommy & Daddy were gone, to do it all over again, and they loved it all just the same.
