Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween!

A few days late.  So we started out our Halloween morning heading to the zoo with some friends to celebrate Gavin's friend Noah's birthday!  Gavin had a lot of fun spending time with Noah and seeing all the animals.  Audra was quite emotional all day.  She loved the animals but spent most of the morning crying.

We then went over to a friends house for dinner and some trick or treating!

Audra was still quite grumpy.  She threw many tantrums, and lots of screaming when she didn't get any candy and would throw herself on the ground in the middle of the driveways and in the middle of the street.  At one point she ran up to a house where all the bigger kids were standing at the door getting candy.  She shoved her way through everyone to get to the front, where the nice old man was nicely putting candy in each of their baskets.  Audra reaches up and pulls the bowl down and takes a handful of candy!  She knew what she wanted and wasn't going to stop till she had HER CANDY!

Kevin ended up walking her back early because she was so grumpy.  Afterwards we were all sitting around chatting and Audra found her way to the food table and helped herself to a cupcake!  As if the girl needed more sugar!
